Not yet - we are focused on the security features in the upcoming releases, and may come back to the live backup as more of the community gets involved.

If you are using any cloud provider like AWS, the snapshot functionality works even when database is running.

I am interested in having backup/restore working with DozerDB !

Since DozerDB supports Neo4j multiple databases, it would be a big plus for DozerDB to support backing up individual databases. You can't always use a disk image backup to do this. The per-database granularity would be best, especially if it was a live backup and/or restore.
