Ship Webapp as a `PlatformService`

Description

As a team operating Open Control Plane stack in my organization.
I want to give all teams simple access to the https://github.com/openmcp-project/ui-frontend that belongs to this project.

Depends on

• Epic: Enable PlatformService contributions #514
• Make UI-Frontend truely whitelabel
  • Branding (org internal name may differ, logos of org hosting this)
  • Custom OTEL endpoints
  • ....

Scope

• PlatformService is available for Operators to install
• End users of platform can consume Projects/Worksapces/ControlPlanes and their content via UI
• Solution is customizable (B)

@n3rdc4ptn @GenosseOtt and I, we have come to the conclusion that Platform Service WebApp is not a workable item in Q3.

There are ideas how to solve this. The most interesting and feasible one would include the webapp team to come up with a Kro ResourceGraphDefinition that the Platform Service would simply install in the Platform cluster. Without that, we can not start building this Platform Service.

What should the Platform Service do?

• Install the Kro RGD
• Connect to all ControlPlanes and wire up a OpenID connection so that the gateway can connect to all ControlPlanes at runtime

Once it get's more clear how the WebApp should get deployed, we can work on building a Platform Service around it 💪
