Warmer visual identity + a real landing hero

Our UI is clean but reads like a tool, not a product. Lalalab feels like a brand: warm cream canvas, bold condensed display headings, a coral-pink accent, and lifestyle photography (prints in hand, on a table). Worth borrowing the feel without the storefront.

• Warm off-white/cream app background instead of stark white; nudge the neutral palette warmer.
• A bold condensed display face for the title/headings (keep the body type as is).
• A coral/pink accent for primary moments.
• A small hero — a line of what this is plus an example sheet/photos — for the empty state before any photos are added, so a first-time visitor gets it instantly.

Keep it tasteful and fast; no heavy imagery that hurts load. Mostly CSS + one or two illustrative assets.

Shipped in #68. The app now has the warmer identity: Fraunces display serif for the wordmark/hero, a warm cream canvas (warm charcoal in dark), a coral brand accent on primary actions + focus rings, and an empty-state hero with a one-line pitch and CSS-only example polaroids. Print sheet stays white in both themes.

Two intentional calls left as-is, easy to revisit if we want:

• Coral is mapped to all primary buttons, not just the hero CTA.
• The 11px uppercase section eyebrow-labels stayed Montserrat — a high-contrast serif looks off at that size.

Closing as the visual-identity work is done; happy to open a focused follow-up for either tweak.
