Add gnoi service to the list of services supported by grpc server

In the existing openconfig model, below services that a grpc server supports can be configured.
gnmi
gnsi
p4rt
gnpsi
gribi

But there is no option to configure gnoi service that a grpc server can support.
Can this be added to the list of services that a grpc server can support ?

In addition, there can also be an option to support all the services with a single knob as below instead of configuring each service individually.
all-grpc
