Dataset not shown search endpoint

I have brought up a new instance of OBEU platform. The dataset is uploaded on virtuoso and I can see it throught the endpoint and RDFBrowser. However, it is not available through rudolf. When I look on http://domain/search/package?q=%22%22&size=100&from=0 (not public) I get

Is this a caching problem? It seems that the endpoint is accessible through the rudolf container as I get a response with wget.

On the logs I get nothing.
