[issuegenerator] Include link to failing job

Enhancement Proposal

It would be very helpful if generated issues included a link to the failing job instead of the failing workflow.
Worst case scenario this could be added in the Junit file in some way and then parsed.

Motivation

This would accelerate identifying the issue.
