Chat Deletions leads to duplicated entries, Chat Sorting is odd

Describe the bug
The list of chats in the chat ui is not sorted by recent message.
When deleting a chat, sometimes chats appear/disappear weirdly/are duplicated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Chat Panel
2. See list of chats
3. Right-Click on chat and delete

Expected behavior
Deleted chat disappears, chats are sorted by last chat message/creation(secondary).
