error no 13

when i put "python3 PoT.py -u [username]" in the terminal, it says " [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/s4ntin0/PoT/profiles'"
what is this error?? i have created and saved all the APIs of twitter.

when you are in PoT directory, can you try this: sudo chmod 777 *
