EPIC: rendering settings

This is a parent issue to connect and centralize discussions on the "rendering settings" part of OME-NGFF.

The issues have different degrees of staleness and overlap.

In the current 0.6dev4 version, it falls into the omero specification.

• OMERO schema is inconsistent with description #430

and

• Collections Specification #31

which touches the subject.

RFC-8 (https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/rfc/8/index.html) touches the subject too, but it is not directly concerned with rendering metadata (#394)
