Missing 'vapostproc'

Sharing to AppleTV5,3 kept disconnecting choosing desktop screen.
After running doubletake using -debug I got the warning [GST] WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "vapostproc".
Fixed by installing gst-plugin-va.

but for me sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad was already installed.
I tried sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-vaapi but it,s no better.

I'm running the compiled binary in release v0.4.0

looks like a bug from v.0.4.0 after all.
I've compiled and tested ae06722 on master and it's working fine.

maybe a fix from v0.4.0 done at
