Frontend: Show other user cursors, using new cursor API

You can now POST a cursor object to /api/cursor/buffer_id, and it will show up in the GET data from /api/buffers/buffer_id. See http://nowco.de/api/ for more info.

Showing these visually would be a good next step.

Should probably implement new editor first. #19
