where can I find peer nodes?

I saw that the peer nodes for mainnet has been removed last year in this PR https://github.com/okex/mainnet/pull/38
Does it mean it will automatically find the peer nodes ?

I got this error very often when exchaind start for mainnet, could you help?

i'd like to pen test this blockchain for hackerone but it simply does not work

why? there are no peers after hours of trying to get this to work via official docs.
