Caduceus changes how jump iotas sizes are calculated from 1 to the total size of every iota within the continuation frames.

This makes jump iotas difficult to use in scenarios they previously had no issue with.

Yes, this is intentional. The jump iota size being 1 is a bug in base Hex Casting which will likely be fixed in the next release anyway. Caduceus patches several Iris-related bugs, including this one.

Note that Caduceus does not implement the full fix from FallingColors/HexMod#806; it just fixes this typo in the existing jump size calculation. So you can still sneak large amounts of data into jump iotas by embedding a list.
