Settings not saved in SQLite

Hi David, tagger has never supported SQLite but if this is a much demanded database that users want us to support we will implement it in the next release.

Not sure "if this is a much demanded database".... It does not seem so as no one else complained, but it does they don't really know all the sqlite advantages :-)
