Design for the component 非

In most characters containing the component 非，the left vertical stroke is slanted, but in some other characters, it is straight.

Is this a design choice, or should the design be uniform?

Historically, the font mostly followed the design of individual examples as they were found in texts. Since Nôm was never standardized, the idea of normalization only began to be applied recently, and we have gone back through the font to normalize glyphs when we see a dominant pattern. We can consider this case too.
