Portfolio: author project/portfolio.yml for 11 capability-bearing members (2026-06-02 audit)

Context

Follow-up from the 2026-06-02 portfolio audit (.audits/portfolio/2026-06-02.md, PR #259), Warning W3 (manifest presence). The audit resolved the member set to 18 own repositories; 4 already ship a manifest, 3 were opted out (esphome-configs, k8s-home-lab, vibe-coding), and the 11 capability-bearing members below still need a project/portfolio.yml.

Each is a real Portfolio-Member but lacks project/mission.md (a Bootstrap precondition), so the work per repo is: author the planning-suite prerequisites (audience-identify where AUDIENCES.md is missing → mission-define) and then run portfolio-audit Bootstrap. No manifest should be hand-authored with invented audiences/missions.

Each repo either ships a valid project/portfolio.yml (Bootstrap) and a project/mission.md, after which a re-run of portfolio-audit Render picks it up; or, if reclassified, carries the portfolio: excluded marker. Prioritise the two capability-bearing W2 repos (gh-plumbing, taskfiles).

Progress: the two capability-bearing W2 repos now ship manifests — gh-plumbing (nolte/gh-plumbing#360, 3 capabilities) and taskfiles (nolte/taskfiles#28, 1 capability), both merged. Their project/mission.md is still pending (they render with the missing-mission placeholder); the remaining 9 repos and the missions stay open under this issue.

Progress: four more W3 members now ship manifests (all merged) — ansible-reachy-mini-bootstrap (#4), claude-home-assistant (#3), claude-reachy-mini (#37), reachy-mini-mcp (#4). Rendered inventory refreshed to 10 members / 19 capabilities (claude-shared#265).

Remaining manifest gaps (5, all need audience-identify first): cookiecutter-gh-project, kamerplanter, kamerplanter-ha, reachy-mini-app, terraform-github-bootstrap. Mission authoring for the manifest-only members (gh-plumbing, taskfiles, workstation, and the four above) remains tracked here / in #263.
