Add extra style sheet

I tried to add extra style sheet to a book to put one sentence on each page (like an easy reader).
It won't go through PIP - says Validation failed.

I got the extra CSS from Jostein, and opploaded it together with the file. Then I went to the option Layout and selected the CSS file. Something you can look at, Bert?

I had to fix a bug in Dotify (952b25a) and now something comes out. I'm not sure the result is what you want though. Your wasting a lot of paper this way :)
