Description

@Lisahartun

MathML 4 still says that covers not only ordinary operators, but also parentheses, bars, commas/semicolons, and accent-like marks

The old fence and separator attributes are removed.
In MathML 3 they existed but were already deprecated. In MathML 4 they are invalid in the default schema, though still allowed in the legacy schema.

accent on is no longer the preferred Core-compatible way.
MathML 4 still lists accent as an dictionary-based attribute, but notes that for MathML Core compatibility authors should put accent="true" on mover or munderover instead.

maxsize="infinity" is deprecated because omitting maxsize already means “unbounded.”
