i have tried with wifi on and wifi off. have done many restarts of my phone. have tried switching to virtual pump then back to my dash pump. i have tried with blue tooth bonding off and on. i have reviewed the blue tooth troubleshooting in the docs, but none of them fit this situation.

i first noticed this when i got to work friday night, when it started alerting that pump was unreachable. and it continued like that for the next 13-14 hours (12 hr shift + commute). i confirmed this with my saturday night shift. my alert is set for 30 minutes, and again during my shift i was having to silence the alert every 30 min. then on my way home i kept an eye on it to see when communication was restored. and it was literally in my driveway when aaps connected with the pump again. is there a geographic limitation? or maybe i need to change a setting in aaps? i thought i noticed one of the requested permission was letting the app have access to your location.
