Can't create new task list after deleting all lists

Steps to reproduce

1. Delete all task lists in the task app
2. Try to create a new list

Expected behavior

One should be able to create new lists when all lists were removed.

Actual behaviour

An error is shown when trying to create a new task list (or calender), saying that list creation failed.

It seems to be possible to recover from this state by restoring a deleted tasks list (if it still exists in the trash).
