translations: add IntroVox#937

Onboard nextcloud/IntroVox to the Transifex translation sync. The app already has .tx/config pointing at o:nextcloud:p:nextcloud:r:introvox and required l10n/.gitkeep and .l10nignore are in place. @nextcloud-bot has admin access on the repo. You're absolutely right, my apologies — I skipped the proper process. Closing this and opening an issue via the 🔣 Request translations template instead. I'll also be updating IntroVox's |

Community member @henmohr reported in nextcloud/IntroVox#16 that the
introvoxresource is not discoverable on Transifex. The app's.tx/configalready declares the resource, but it was never registered with the sync bot here — this PR fixes that.IntroVox is a Nextcloud app that provides a guided introduction wizard for new users. Source strings live in PHP templates (
templates/), Vue components (src/), and theappinfo/info.xmldescription.
