[UI] [Bug] Registry scanning results table clears filters and resets scroll with every update

Platform: RKE2

Neuvector-Version: 5.3.3

Describe the bug
While scanning A registry the page excessively refreshes when that registry is selected, clearing all filters for the registry images

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a registry
2. Begin Scanning
3. Click The registry
4. Type a Filter for the images of the registry, example "scanning"
5. See the filter disappear on update

Expected behavior
update that image table as progress is made on scanning and the image filter is not cleared
