Assets > Registry -> Interval bar cannot be scrolled on UI

Current Behavior

In Assets -> Registries page, enable "Periodic Scan".
Now the Interval bar cannot be scrolled.
It happens after 5.5.0

Expected Behavior

The Interval bar can be scrolled after "Periodic Scan" is enabled

Steps To Reproduce

1. Deploy NV latest version
2. Login NV UI -> Assets -> Registries -> Enable "Periodic Scan"
3. The Interval bar cannot be scrolled
