I like the one with the blue print :)
But for all of them I think the logo it's a bit small and if we have situation with high video compression it will become too blurred maybe if you make it 2-3 bigger and blur out the blueprint it's too sharp :) check my super quick edit :)

my feedback:

1. opt 1 (blank w/logo) is of course usable. for the minimalist.
2. opt 2 (blank/blue w/logo) imho stems from a slide. If that background theme is used, you should not use it in your slides, I think.
3. opt 3 (blueprint of drone w/logo) same as opt 2. where is that drone image coming from? does it relate to NNF?

(I can use opt 1, this was just me thinking out loud.)
