MDTM command not implemented on 3DS

Describe the bug
When using the MDTM command, it displays "502 Command not implemented"

To Reproduce

1. Open the cia
2. In python use FTP(HOST).ftp.voidcmd(f"MDTM {_FILE}")
3. Console returns "[RESPONSE] 502 Command not implemented"
4. See error

Expected behavior
Console returns "[RESPONSE] OK" or similar

File Modification Time is an extension to the base FTP protocol. AFAIR the 3DS does not write file modification time, that's why it is not implemented in the FTP server.

But why when i send [COMMAND] FEAT I get [RESPONSE] 21 1- MDTM...
