Accumulators don't carry redstone power

Describe the bug
As the title says. Levers and similar placed on an accumulator don't power neighboring blocks like one would expect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place lever on accumulator
2. Place redstone powerable next to accumulator
3. Doesn't work

• Mod version: 1.6.0
• NeoForge version: 21.1.230
• Create version: 6.0.10

Isnt that the case for most block entity blocks in minecraft?

Realized I wasn't actually sure, so I decided to check. It's not a block entity specific thing, it's mainly non-full and transparent blocks. Vaults, tanks, and vanilla barrels work fine. Vanilla glass blocks do this, intentionally.

I also noticed that accumulators don't suffocate the player, or block light from passing. I think it's related?
