Support re-ordering screens in SpotlightScreensInput

Presently you can only add screens to the end of the list. It would be great to be able to re-order screens to enable remixing experiments.

I see that the TabbedInput.tsx uses useFieldArray to handle tabs. It also provides 'move' which we can use for this.
Could you provide more clarity on what kind of reordering would be better?
A right & left button clicking on which the tabs move one by one OR drag and move to reorder?
I believe it would be cleaner to first implement the button based incremental/decremental reorder and later add drag and drop.
