Jetstream appears to be using `moz-fx-data-shared-prod.org_mozilla_fenix.events` for exposure events

It's using moz-fx-data-shared-prod.org_mozilla_fenix.events_stream for enrollment events, but it's iterating the pings for exposure events. Surely events_stream is faster for this use case? Is there a possibility of events being lost in the stream but present in the individual pings? (I hope not!)
