Describe the bug
An initial set of electricity-only modules to establish a baseline.
These modules should be general enough to enable any model to benefit from the data created by them, and should be configurable to a sensible level.

Quite possible:

• geographic boundaries
• wind capacity factors / potentials
• pv capacity factors / potentials
• hydropower capacity factors
• powerplants

Higher hurdles:

• transmission capacity
• demand
