In the current setup.py we have these entry points defined:

FMSgridtools/setup.py

After doing a pip install -e ., this seems to add two files to the conda environments bin directory, make_topog and ' make_hgrid'(space included). I think for some reason it is ignoring the first word in the entrypoint and copying the leading space as well when it creates the executable.

I think one possible solution to this is to create a new file as the fmsgridtools entrypoint, and within that file we can define subcommands (via click) to run other scripts. This is the approach used in the fre-cli repository, and seems to work well there. This should also give the added benefit of seeing all available tools with fmsgridtools --help.
