Plugin won't load - optionsType not supported #204

Thunderbird plugins no longer support optionsType 1 or 2 (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird/Add-ons_Guide_57). Updating optionsType to 3 requires updating and adding options to an optionsURL.
