Upstream PR adds an in-editor button that appears between adjacent steps inside a
Stepsgroup, so authors no longer have to drop into Markdown mode or duplicate-and-edit to add a step in the middle of a procedure. No MDX syntax changes — purely a visual editor UX improvement.Note
