Option to build all files as Preview - not just updated files in a pull request

On PRs, Mintlify builds a preview.

The preview is only of the changed files and not the full docs.

At times, we want build speed so this works but other times we want to review the updated content in the complete context of the docs. Here's requesting an option that let's the account owner decide what to build as part of the Preview cycle - only updated files or complete docset.

Between, the current workaround is to do a manual redeploy from the dashboard for each PR.
