Overlays are being triggered repeatedly when tapping quickly on the screen

Hello!

In the newer versions of Flutter, when you have multiple overlays and tap rapidly on the screen, the overlays reappear after the tapping ends. I am attaching a screen recorder that reproduces this issue.

With older Flutter SDK , this was not happening.
