Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.116.0-insider (fc6d18c, x64)
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (10.0.26200.0)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. As you could see from the image, with recent version I can't able to see Administrator mode in search bar
2. Problem is I need the vs code to be in administrator mode / elevated mode to perform some admin tasks
3. Lack of this information is seriously causing problem, as i need to ask in chat every time whether the instance is in elevated mode. So kindly revert and show that label in search stating "Administrator mode" bar like earlier or at least put some label or icon somewhere on the vs code which is visible all the time to identify visually.
