Rule Re-Evaluation, Stop Rule Processing, Rule chaining Functionality

The Windows Workflow Foundation Rules Engine had Rule Re-Evaluation, Stop Rule Processing, Rule chaining Functionality, which I feel is definitely a very good feature. Does the RulesEngine support these features? If not, Is there a work around which we can use to get the same result. Are you planning to incorporate these features in the near future?
