[Bug - Edge Addons] Filtering reviews by "All Regions" shows reviews only from my region

Describe the bug

Filtering reviews by "All Regions" shows reviews only from my region.
It doesn't show reviews from other continents.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to my extension, Shumon's Planner
2. Scroll down to 'User Reviews'
3. Click on 'Filter by region' and change to 'All regions'
4. It will only show you the review from my region, i.e., India, in my case. It won't show reviews from my friends in other continents which I have read and replied to in the Microsoft Edge developer dashboard.

Expected behaviour

It should show reviews from all countries, not just my country.

I can see user reviews from other regions in your store’s review section without any issues. Please check:

Hi @Rahul-Bauri - in your screenshot, you cannot see my review from India despite selecting "All regions". So that is the bug 🪳 which Microsoft needs to fix. Please when can this be fixed?

If you use a VPN and change your country to India, you will see my review, but you won't see the other reviews from your earlier screenshot. Please when can this be fixed?
