Description
I am unable to enroll in the Microsoft Edge Add-ons program. Every time I navigate
to the enrollment page or https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/microsoftedge/overview,
I am immediately redirected back to the Partner Center home page.
Account details
What I have already tried
- Different browsers and InPrivate mode
- Cleared cookies and cache
- Account Settings → Programs (Microsoft Edge card is not visible, only Commercial Marketplace)
- Partner Center support → unable to resolve, redirected back to enrollment docs
- Microsoft Copilot support → redirected back to Partner Center support
- Emailed edgeextensionpartners@microsoft.com → address not found
- Every official support channel has sent me in circles without resolving the issue
Expected behavior
The enrollment wizard or Edge Add-ons dashboard should open so I can register
as a developer and publish our extension.
Request
Could someone from the Microsoft Edge team please manually enroll or link
my account (kontolink-edge-publisher@outlook.com) to the Edge Add-ons program
on the backend? This appears to be the same issue as #390.
