Support for use of Directory.App.Props.json

Idea Description

The since BC27 introduced use of a central Directory.App.Props.json file works flawlessly in packaging and publishing apps in VSC. Using the CI/CD action on Git, we keep receiving the error:

'Cannot convert value "$(app_applicationVersion)" to type "System.Version". Error: "Version string portion was too short or too long."'

It looks like that the AL compiler is the only one knowing about this new feature, but alles the AL-GO PS do no.

Must have been sleeping yesterday or somethin'. Did not find anything searching with 'Directory.app.props.json' on AL-Go git. Today this issue is set as duplicate and I did search again and found three discussions :)
