Creating a bower.json package to improve flexibility

I was wondering about creating a bower.json package to facilitate the reusability of your component. Could you please do one ?

I've been meaning to sort this repo out for a long time, thanks for opening this issue!

The way I had this repo was very strange, so I just started from scratch again. So there is a few issues to fix.
