BUG: Failed to load metadata (os error 2)

This appeared randomly. Cannot click anywhere or close the app as this error box appears and prevents it.

FIX - NO TIME TO CREATE PR RIGHT NOW

Clean build. Fix: alt-tab back to Rivet with an open file whose backing file got deleted/moved won't spam "Failed to read metadata (os error 2)" anymore — tab just stays put till you Save As.

If bug shows in different spot (e.g. on save itself, not focus-switch), tell me exact repro steps and I'll chase that path instead.
