Error "Could not get errorstack"

Hi,

We use your library in one of our tools (Helixer) and one user has submitted an issue where they get this error: "Could not get errorstack" during opening/reading some h5 files.

While we can see where this error is generated in code, it's not clear what might cause it - it seems very much like 'error determining why there was an error'

Are there known scenarios which trigger this?

That is an unexpected issue. I would expect it if some c code is initialising hdf5 before rust, and maybe if starting to use hdf5 from a non-main thread

We don't know exactly how to reproduce the issue yet, unfortunately.

The code is not multi-threaded (during this data reading phase, although it is later for compute), and there's no C involved.

However, given that the h5 files come from previous steps in our pipeline, there's the possibility that one of them is not completely written by the time Rust process is started.
