The user input is being read at the server. Need to figure out the database and the storage part.

The user is now getting inserted in the database. Following are the action items left which can be taken as improvements later on

1. Adding front-end validations.
2. Adding more back end-validations.
3. Improving user interface of the form.
   Until the above issues are fixed.the issue is not to be closed.
