Im getting an agent stream response in ai-sdk v6 format via handleChatStream and passing version as 'v6'. But this isnt generating tool approval data parts but rather its using workflow pause/resume for tool approvals. can i make it use ai-sdk v6's tool approval parts to handle tool approvals?
