Reset command is undocumented and not fully functional

1. cropbot does not inform the user about the existence of the reset command.
2. The reset command does not work on the Press enter to continue. prompt.

Might also be useful to allow any 3+ plot input, at any time, as a combination reset and new plot input.

To elaborate: my experience is that toward the end of the harvest, the path becomes clear, and the tool is no longer needed. (And in some cases, the player should override the final choices based on actual monster counts in the map.) So making reset easier would be nice.

You are right. I usually only use it for the first 2-3 plots, then I just hold down the enter key to blast through the rest and reset. I should change this to make it easier. Maybe a specific keystroke sequence like ctrl-r?
