This is the only remaining open non-PR issue and is intentionally not being closed as stale. It is independent of the FAT v2 branch cleanup.

A production-health tooling run on the FAT feature branch may succeed while its actual Attest and repair public Pages job is skipped; that is not evidence that this issue is resolved. Close only after a production/main attestation actually verifies the deployed source.
