Add support for multiple PMT, digitizer etc types into WCSimRootOptions class

PMT dark noise properties, Digitizer properties, and Trigger properties all need to be maps with a key for detectorElement.
PrimaryGeneratorAction properties for genie input file and things like tank_only should be added to the beam generator.
