[Enhancement] Add option to load vanilla crafting recipes into the professions folder

Overview
This will allow users to turn vanilla crafting into a custom RPG style leveling system.

The following will happen when this feature is enabled:

1. Import the vanilla crafting recipes into the profession files within the professions folder
2. Import the experience files within the levels folder
3. Import custom onInteract blocks (currently in codex config.yml, but this feature will be copied to fusion) to open the crafting professions
