rust-norion is an early Rust research-engineering prototype for an agent / LLM runtime control layer. It is focused on memory gates, model-pool routing policy, evidence-gated execution, audit/status surfaces, and self-evolution loop tooling.
Possible fit: Projects, Tools, or an AI agent/control-layer entry. It is not a production inference engine and not a simple model API wrapper.
Disclosure: I maintain the project, so I am opening an issue first instead of sending a direct PR.
