[BUG] Dialog Connector shows up overlapping the open box

Description

I hate adding bugs that I haven't had much luck reporducing consistently. But on my work computer I very often the dialog connector pops up on top of the open dialog. If I move the open dialog a bit, it jumps to the correct place. On a couple of other computers it works fine. Haven't been able to figure out if it is a specific application...

Steps to Reproduce

Just open the save dialog. But not sure when it comes up..

Please try holding alt and clicking [?] button in connector. Try first with just Polling for a few days, and if still happens, try Follow

So far I am pretty sure Follow dialog works. I am going to turn it back off and see..
